*Client must sign up before the start of their tenancy agreement. Offer is only applicable to a property for one-time use only. For the offer to be deemed valid, the property must be agreed to be ‘Fully Managed’ by us for a minimum of 12 months. Cannot be used in-conjunction with any other offer such as price-match, referral discounts from our sister companies and any other promos that we have running. The property to be managed needs to be in an area we cover. The minimum agreed management term needs to be 12 months. In order to be eligible for the promotion, you should not be an existing or previous client of Peepal Estate Agents. This offer is only in place for any FRESH business introduced. If the client is already in our database, and we have had contact, or is a historic client, then a reward will not normally be honoured.
