Started off as a very helpful estatr agents then when reported a problem which they ignored for a month caused... significantly more damage they blamed us for not reporting despite having email proof of reporting it, then gave us a bad reference over the same maintainance issue losing us a property we was attempting to rent and lost our reference fees. Check out report proved they was wrong and lieing yet they still attempted to deduct £1100 off our deposit for made up claims and things thay were already on the check in report. After going through deposit resolution with a 3rd party company they were awarded £20 out of their £1100 claim. Complaint resolution was useless and just kept telling me i didnt know what i was talking about despite receiving advice from the property ombudsman Overall they did not know what they were doing, cost me extra money for no reason and caused a lot of extra stress and cost to the landlord and refused my basic GDPR request until the property ombudsman forced them to comply. Avoid at all costs not worth your money or time.read more
