Inventory Preparation
Will differ on whether the property is furnished or unfurnished and the number of rooms in the property.
Agreement extension
All contracts will automatically continue as a on rolling contract unless the Landlord or Tenant requests to extend with a fixed term which will be charged at £100 +VAT.
Our fees are subject to a Sole agency agreement between us and the landlord and for every Multi agency agreement there will be a surcharge of 2% +VAT on the Sole agency commission rate.

Where a Landlord instructs Peepal Estate Agents as their sole agent for the lettings services within Peepal Estate Agents terms and conditions.
Multi agency
Where a Landlord decides to market their property with multiple agency simultaneously.
All service levels will be subject to a set-up fee of £400 + VAT, the set-up fee covers this following –
- Arranging professional photography to enhance market presence.
- Drawing detailed floor-plans.
- Constructing 3D floor-plan with space planner (see listed properties for examples).
- Capturing 360 photography to enhance marketing (if appropriate).
- Advertising through comprehensive property portal Zoopla.
- Monitoring property market performance and adjust marketing appropriately.
- Providing Landlords with weekly feedback regarding property performance and client feedback.
Insurance
As appointed introducers for several insurance companies we are able to offer a range of insurance policies for landlords, including the following –

- Contents Insurance
- Rent guarantee
- Legal Expenses

I have never in my 22 years in the UK come across an estate agency that is so unbelievably efficient, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful until I discovered Peepal. They are always so quick to respond and offer sound advice. Some agencies only have the landlord's interests as priority. Peepal are unique in that they not only care about the landlord, but go out of their way to ensure their tenants are happy as well. I had a boiler that broke down on a Friday at the beginning of winter. I was expecting them to only be able to send someone over on the Monday of the following week. They arrived within half an hour of me calling them. They have offered advice and contacts for local services and products and unlike other agencies follow up to ensure the tenant is well looked after and happy. They have also made the transition from renting a house to the check out process so smooth and uncomplicated. They explain everything clearly and professionally. My only gripe is that I wish more agencies were like this! Thank you so much to all of you for everything you did for me whilst I rented a property through you.

In Jun 2021, I contacted Peepal for a house to rent. They got in touch and arranged a site visit quickly. Then, I rented the house and moved in within one week without any issue. I was satisfied with Peepal speedy rental service as a tenant.During the stay, there were couples of issues in the house. I called Peepal and requested repairment. They responded timely and got the issue fixed within a reasonable period. However, their feedback during the communications was always to protect the landlord first, although understandable, made me feel a bit unhappy.After one year, I moved out of the property at the end of tenancy. Peepal acted professionally and the exit process was very smooth. I got the rental deposit within a week. So speedy!Overall speaking, Peepal is a very good letting agents. I have no doubt to recommend Peepal to others.
