Terms & Conditions:

Our loyalty scheme is only applicable to our old clients — new clients do not qualify for this promotion. You must’ve been our client before the 1st of January 2023 in order to be eligible for this promotion. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or promotional offer. i.e. Armed Forces Discount. This scheme is in place form 01/01/2023 and will expire on 31/12/2023.

Mortgages: The 20% discount on our fees can be redeemed for our Mortgage Brokerage services. This includes new purchase, remortgage, additional property purchase and other mortgage services where a fee is applicable. For example: If you are remortgaging your property of which we arranged a mortgage, you will qualify for the 20% discount on our Remortgage fee. If you are an existing client and wish to purchase a new property, you will also qualify for 20% discount on our additional property purchase fee.

Sales: You can claim 20% discount on new property sales instructions, however, existing properties that are instructed and advertised by Peepal Estate Agents will not qualify.

Lettings: You can get 20% discount if you wish to instruct Peepal Letting Agents to manage your property. However, if you are a landlord client of ours with a property already managed by Peepal Letting Agents and wish to renew the contract under this scheme then the 20% discount will not be eligible. However, should you wish to instruct us to manage new properties you may have then we will honour you with the 20% discount.
