Property Manager
I am the Property Manager at Peepal Estate Agents, Ashford, Kent. I have an amazing team who are always enthusiastic, willing and ready to help our valuable clients. Our team slogan is “Your property, our priority”, which is something we practice and embody with us day in and day out. As a property manager, I treat every single one of my client’s properties like it’s my own property. Why? because as a landlord myself, I would want someone to do just that. That way I will get a peace of mind and comfort. I am a determined and hardworking professional who is truly committed and focused in providing great customer service to our people.
I live in Ashford, Kent, with my wife, son and daughter. Before joining Peepal team, I was in the British Army (Brigade of Gurkhas) and served for 24 years. I keep myself fit by exercising daily. I also enjoy going for an outdoor run or to the gym to ensure I’m keeping myself healthy, both mentally and physically. My free time includes reading books, playing golf and spending time with my family and friends.
I am a firm believer of what Helen Keller once said, “Alone, we can do so little; together, we can do so much. This is the reason why i am constantly involving myself in community events and charity work, such as community clean up projects and organising local events and social activities. I aspire to be more involved with such projects in the upcoming future.
Ashford is a beautiful town in the county of Kent, England. It lies on the River Great Stour at the southern or scarp edge of the North Downs. Although the town is almost 100km south east of central London, it is boosted by amazing transport links into the capital.
We also have the M20 and A20 motorway linking Ashford with London. Trains using the high-speed line from Ashford International station arrives at St Pancras in just 38 minutes! The coastlines of Margate and Folkestone are only a short drive away along the A28 and M20 respectively too. All in all, Ashford is a great location that’s close to the coast line, has beautiful views of the Kent, and has great transport links to London. I’d highly recommend people to visit or live in Ashford, Kent.
