Which Service?

I confirm that I have read and agree to the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy regarding the referral scheme.

Referral Scheme Terms & Conditions:

The referred client must be a new client who has never previously engaged with Peepal.

The referral form must be completed before the start of any application process.

The referred client must confirm the referrer’s name in writing.

For Sales and Lettings, the property must be in an area we cover, with a minimum agreed management term of 12 months.

Not all services are eligible for the £100 Amazon voucher—the voucher amount is up to £100 depending on the service.

The referral voucher can only be posted to a valid UK address and will be dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked Delivery or Amazon.

The voucher is non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

For details on redeeming Amazon gift cards, please refer to Amazon’s Terms & Conditions.
Self-referrals are not permitted.

If the client is already on our database, has been previously contacted, or is a past client, the referral will not be honored.

The referral voucher will be processed only after the client has made full payment and Peepal has received cleared funds.
