Sanjay has been absolutely brilliant throughout the whole process. He has been proactive, warm and welcoming, and has genuinely gone above and beyond to ensure everything has run smoothly. The lettings and remortgage process has been seamless, straightforward and extremely well organised, which has made the experience far less stressful for us.

The rest of the lettings team have also been consistently polite, responsive and on top of everything. We have felt well supported and kept informed throughout. A fantastic service from Sanjay and the whole team - highly recommended!!

Dherai dherai dhanyabaad :)

We bought our first property in Camberley and Peepal was the seller's estate agent. The experience was very good. Sanjay was really good with communications and advice. It was smooth sailing.

We would like to express our sincere gratitude to Peepal Estate Agents for the outstanding support they provided throughout our journey. They helped me purchase my first home and also assisted my parents with their remortgage. The entire team was highly professional, efficient, and always clear in their communication, making what could have been a very stressful process feel smooth and well managed from start to finish.

A very special thank you goes to Manita Gurung, who truly went above and beyond for us. After several years of trying to purchase a property, she provided not only expert guidance but also genuine care in helping us understand our options and choose what best suited our circumstances. She took the time to explain every stage of the process clearly, including mortgage options, solicitors, and overall planning, ensuring we always felt informed and confident in our decisions.

What really stood out was her dedication, persistence, and problem solving throughout the entire journey. She consistently kept everything moving forward, coordinated between all parties, and made sure nothing was overlooked, even when delays occurred within the chain. Her communication was always clear, fast, and reassuring, and she played a key role in helping us stay calm and focused during the more stressful moments.

In the final stages, when unexpected delays and complications arose, she worked tirelessly to resolve issues and ensure everything progressed smoothly through to completion. Thanks to her commitment, everything came together and we were able to get the keys to our new home. We are now fully settled in and absolutely delighted with our new home. We are truly grateful for all her help, and we highly recommend Manita Gurung and Peepal Estate Agents to anyone looking for a reliable, professional, and genuinely supportive service.

Thank you Sanjay Bhai and team,
I just wanted to say a huge thank you for all your help in securing our new home. You have been absolutely brilliant throughout the entire process , making everything as smooth and street free as possible.
This is second time we have had the pleasure of working with you. Back in 2018 you helped us secure our first property, and now once again.
Your professional, knowledge and dedication have been outstanding on the both occasions.
I would happily recommend you to anyone looking for property or mortgage advice. With more than 10 years of experience in the industry. I would strongly suggest giving Sanjay a call you won’t be disappointed.
Thank you once again for all your support and hard work. It has been pleasure working with you and team.
